Hi everybody! i'm from italy & i'm writing an essay about the zimbabwean novelist yvonne vera. i also need some translations, but the point at issue is the speech: i have no idea of the correct pronunciation of the names. can anybody help me?
it would be great if you can re-write these names with the international phonetic alphabet (or find some other way for explain me the speech).

2. Sidojive
3. Fumbatha ("clanched fist", is correct?)
4. Umguza
5. Jukwa
6. Phephelaphi (translation needed)

9. ekoneni ("corner"?)

these could be people's names. here be the translations:

Deliwe --> the one
Thandabantu --> the one who loves people
Mahlathini --> the one who dwells in the bush/forest
Nonceba --> the one who is pitifull
Sibaso --> the flamable one
Thenjiwe --> the trusted one

ekoneni --> ekhoneni --> in the corner
fumbatha --> clenched fist, especially with something in the hand

as for the phonetic translation, carsten?
